Hong Kong Caring Magic Circus has grown fast to over 700 volunteers committing thousands of hours in community services in a year.  Over thousands community services were completed  since establishment.

Procedure：

Please kindly fill in the General Application Form and send it back to us with the supporting document of the charitable institution ( tax exemption granted under Section 88 of Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong) for further procedure.

After the approval of the Volunteer Committee of HKCMC (criteria include the nature of activities, forms, clients and beneficiaries, etc.), details of the event and recruitment invitation will be sent to our volunteers by e-mail.

PS: The applicant should provide the following equipment : a table (3 ft X 4 ft) , Facilities of Music Performance , Clip Mic/Wireless Microphones

The institution understands and agrees the following clauses:

l   This form has to be sent / faxed to Hong Kong Caring Magic Circus (HKCMC) at least one month before the activity with the supporting document of the tax exemption granted under Section 88 of Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong.

2  Only charitable institution with the supporting document of the tax exemption granted under Section 88 of Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong is qualified to apply, and the activity must be charitable.

3   After the approval of the Volunteer Committee of HKCMC (criteria include the nature of activities, forms, clients and beneficiaries, etc.), details of the event and recruitment invitation will be sent to our volunteers by e-mail.

4   Whether HKCMC can participate in the activity requested is subject to the availability of its volunteers.
